Based on our experience, we would like to minimise your panic and share with you our checklist for preparing and organising 8 MARCH:

• Make your flower orders as early as possible! This is the most basic and important thing - many large plantations accept orders until mid-January.
• buy all consumables in advance! Don't waste time on this nonsense on the most important florist days, the extra fuss takes away both time and takes you away from more important tasks on such busy days.
• Additional staff - this is something you need to take care of in advance. You don't have to be a receptionist/florist/courier in one person. And of course, if you have a delivery service. - you have to realise that one courier can't be in three places at once.
• clearly assign responsibilities - florist collects bouquets, admin takes orders, assistants clean flowers and keep the fridge in order, salespeople serve customers and sell cut flowers and finished bouquets.
• Prepare the workspace, remove all unnecessary items!
• organise a system of delivery, order pick-up and storage. This is one of the most important points and should be given due attention!
• Before the main delivery, your refrigerator must be in full readiness - it must be disassembled and prepared to receive flowers. If necessary, find additional storage space for the flowers
• Make a schedule for your employees and have a general meeting to discuss important issues. Motivation has never hurt anyone, and on the contrary, it will give your team strength and confidence!
