We process and store your Request and related data for as long as we process the Request, provide you with a response and execute the decisions made, and for six (6) months after the Request has been processed, but not for a shorter period than:

  • email requests – 6 months;
  • complaints – 5 years
  • Posts on “Facebook” – 6 months.

If a legal dispute arises in connection with a Request or the possibility of such a dispute, we may retain your data for longer until the statutory limitation period for filing a complaint or claim expires and/or a final judgement takes effect.

REQUEST PROCEDURE

For this purpose, we may ask you to provide the current profile details provided on your registration form (e.g. name, email address or telephone number) and we will then compare whether the details you have provided match the relevant profile details. During this check, we may also send a verification notice to the contact person provided on the registration form (via text message or email) requesting authorisation. If the verification procedure is not passed (e.g. your questionnaire does not match the registration form or you are not authorised after sending a text message or email), we will be forced to determine that you are not the subject of the requested data and will be forced to reject your request.

Upon receipt of your request to exercise any of your rights and upon successful completion of the above verification procedure, we undertake to provide you with information about the actions we have taken in response to your request without delay, but no later than one month after receipt of your request. Due to the complexity and number of requests, we are entitled to extend the one-month period by a further two months by informing you before the end of the first month and stating the reasons for such extension.
